Simple, healthy and delicious!
1 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond butter is lush)
3 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp granola (check out My Simple Granola)
Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries work well)
Handful of roasted nuts, optional
- Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthways.
- Spread the nut butter over the flat part of the banana halves, then spread over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle the granola over the yogurt, then top with the berries and nuts, if using.
