Banana & Cacao Nib Milkshake

This is a great pick-me-up drink and a healthier alternative for when you feel like reaching for those unhealthier options. Its perfect for when you want a refreshing drink that’s not hot chocolate, tea or plain water. Its sweet, thick, creamy, filling and so delicious too. Made with 5 simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen, this can be whizzed up in less than 5 minutes! Its great for using up any ripe bananas. Don’t worry if you don’t have cacao nibs, just use chopped dark chocolate and if your blender is powerful enough, it will all be blitzed through.

Ingredients

Serves 1

200ml Dairy-free milk
1 Ripe banana
1 tbsp Cacao nibs
½ tsp Maple syrup
A few ice cubes

Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
