Happy Weekend Everyone! Its been such a busy and tiring week for me and I’m so pleased it’s Saturday. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the luxury of a bank holiday Monday off work and a four day week, so by Tuesday I was ready for the weekend! I’ve been so tired too and really lazy, my morning routine has been a bit of a mess and my to-do list keeps getting longer and longer! BUT I am so happy today; much more chilled out and so excited for next week!
This morning I made two batches of different granola (which made the kitchen smell divine!) and filled up my jars of roasted nuts, which always makes me happy! Plus, next week I’m working two days then going up to Birmingham!! I actually cannot wait to go somewhere different and have a few days off. I have literally stayed in Dorset for the last 6 months so to say I’m excited is an understatement!!
One of my favourite local foodie events is on this weekend – Christchurch Food Festival!! I don’t have a stall but I will defo be going tomorrow with the fam and spending most of the day in the vegan market section. I can’t wait to sit in the sun and demolish a vegan mezze box! Ahhh… I will probably post some photos of all the delicious food and my yummy purchases (I have a feeling there’ll be quite a lot as we do tend to go a bit mad, aha!).
