I’m here to make plant-based eating simple and delicious for everyone, no matter what your dietary preferences are. I want to show you how easy, fun and delicious it is, and how incredible it makes you feel.
I focus on creating recipes which are quick, simple, nutritious and packed with delicious flavours, using your basic kitchen ingredients in wonderful ways.
My recipes are plant-based because I like to build my plate around plants (vegan isn’t always for everyone), as well as being gluten-free and refined sugar-free. I never count calories. Instead, I like to count goodness and all the nutrient-packed wholefoods which are on my plate.
I really hope that by sharing my recipes and experiences, I can inspire you to make healthier choices, love your plants and maybe change those negative preconceptions around healthy eating.
